Location doesn't get much better than this. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome on Captain Molly Drive puts you in the heart of Park City's Old Town — walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and steps from the free city bus that connects you to Deer Valley, the Canyons, and Historic Main Street. Leave the car parked and let Park City come to you.
The layout is built for groups and families. The bunk room is a hit with kids — their own dedicated space to crash after a day on the mountain — and two additional bedrooms give adults plenty of room to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, and the living area is a comfortable spot to regroup with a fireplace and flat-screen TV.
After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Main Street, the private hot tub is waiting. Step outside, sink in, and take in the mountain air — no sharing with the rest of the building, no waiting for a spot.
The Park Avenue community adds even more to the experience. Saunas are available to unwind sore muscles, and a seasonal pool gives you a summer bonus that most Park City rentals don't offer. Covered carport parking and guest parking keep logistics simple.
What makes this location stand out is the walkability. Park City Mountain Resort is a short walk away, and the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, and ski rental shops are all within a block or two. The free transit bus stop is just steps from the front door — one of the most convenient spots in all of Park City for guests who want to ditch the car entirely.
