The front desk person who checked us in was very short with us and when we asked if it was possible to get an additional parking pass, she gave us a very dismisseve response that the garage parking was going to be fully booked but that we could park at china bridge. First of all, we understand that the additional parking pass was based on space available so we weren't bothered by that. What we WERE bothered by was the suggestion of china bridge which was under high price event rates at the time seeing as it was labor day weekend and there was to be a parade. I mentioned that and she kinda shrugged us off. I happen to work on main street (which was a huge factor in choosing TMI for this weekend while I worked and spent time with family) So I know that there are other parking areas that she could have suggested (like sandridge or the highschool and traveling back via bus) and at the very least it would have been reassuring for her to be aware of the parking limitations on main street. Instead she suggested the highest possible cost farea for parking and waved us off. For added context, I stayed at TMI last fourth of July and we also asked for a secondary pass which the person gave us. AND she went so far as to suggest we park up on the park avenue lot since main street would be closing at 6 am so that we could avoid being stuck in the garage during the parade. It just felt like a missed opportunity for customer service and actually hear what we were asking. The garage also ended up being only ever at half capacity at most during our entire stay so that felt really awkward when I was shuttling my husband and daughter back and forth to sandridge avenue during peak pre-parade setup traffic. One other issue that we ran into was with the bed frames in our room (room 12). The corners of the beds are really sharp with nothing to pad them. my husband and i ran into them with our hips multiple times (despite actively avoiding the corners). I have a very area of bruising now on my left thigh and a medium sized one on my right leg. I would recommend looking into a nice looking but effective padding solution for the corners. It is a miracle thaht my daughter didn't get hurt. lastly, the heater in the bedroom was on full blast, around 85 degrees, without our knowledge. We had opened the window, turned on ceiling fan, and turned on the portable ac unit (whose air pipe is broken by the way), and went to bed. I woke up several times confused why it was so hot and finally solved the issue at 5:30 am when I saw that the heater was on and the ac unit was just pumping that around. overall we love TMI but the bed frames were a real low point and very dangerous and the customer service we received from the one girl was really disappointing.

We stayed in unit 12 and the breaker continuously went out. We didn’t have hot water until maintenance serviced the breaker a few hours after checkin. We could not use hot tools and the AC at the same time. If the AC was on, there was guaranteed breaker issues. The breaker turned off every 30 minutes with a loud noise. The toilet would not flush, the flapper was broken and we had to manually reconnect after each use. When I sent and email and talked to the service provider in the morning they said a manager will email me. I have not received any communication 5 hours later.

Treasure Mountain Inn was comfortable and the room was spacious! Everything was clean. Our only minor complaint was there was no room cleaning during our stay. All in all it was a good stay!

When I booked it this time, there was no indication that the property was under renovation and the elevator from the parking level was out of order - having to drag my bags up double flights of stairs - I'm 67 years old so it was difficult and unplanned for. The internet did not work - tho I complained and was told at the front desk it was fine. The toilet had been used and not flushed, pull out bed sheets were badly stained. Coffee packets for 4 cup brewer were there - but no coffee pot. It was off-season so hardly anyone was there, but yet I was put in a room directly above the restaurant/bar with their patio / party directly under my bedroom balcony which carried the noise directly upwards. I travel most of the year for my business and this was the worst hotel stay I've had in a very long time.

Room was spacious and well kept. The sofa bed was in pretty bad shape and should be replaced. Also, the ceiling fan in the living room was not operational. Maybe not too big a deal for most, but we like a ceiling fan that works. Overall it was a really good place to stay and the location was pretty cool. Would recommend and will stay there again!

Very large clean, comfortable rooms. Extetior needs some maintanance. Would give it a 5 star but they charge guests 20 follars a day to park which i dont think is right. It seems like bait and seitch pricing. They should just build iy into the daily rate so you csn compare apples to apples on booking sites

Great view from balcony and close to everything on Main Street. Comfortable beds. A splurge for a quick summer stay in Park City.

Anniversary Staycation Spring is a nice time to visit PC - the property was clean, quiet and perfect for walking Main Street.
